David's expertise centres on improving the performance of people and teams, from assessing organisational culture and capability, change management, implementing assessment and development practices, and providing 1:1 leadership coaching to senior teams. He brings global experience in technology, science, healthcare, property, infrastructure, and engineering.
Cornelia is a veteran in investor relations, international venture capital, corporate communications and sales, and a life science specialist. She was Head of Investor Relations at JENOPIK AG before establishing the German Investment arm for a UK VC Fund manager, and subsequently has been focused on providing specialist finance and strategy to high growth businesses in Europe.
Bill has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and financial strategy. He was previously CFO of Brainpower NV, a Deutsche Borse-listed financial analytics business, sold to Bloomberg, and CFO of ETV Capital, one of Europe’s leading technology venture debt funders. He is also a Director of LGF Partners, a specialist debt advisory business who have raised £1bn in capital for clients.
Leanne is our strategy specialist for companies seeking to address challenges related to social and environmental issues, particularly those in technology, energy, housing, infrastructure, and health. As a management consultant, Leanne has also worked with governments and international businesses on economic, social, and environmental strategies.
Tony is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years CFO experience building value in high growth companies across multiple sectors, including healthcare, biotechnology, diagnostics, software, and materials science. He has strong strategic, operational, and transactional M&A experience in private and public international markets, buy-and-build execution, and multi €100m+ exits via trade sale and IPO.
